Twin engine aircraft at YSBK
Hi Guys,
I'm a low hour CMIR CPL (around 350 hrs TT with 200 ME), and am looking for a twin from Sydney to private hire for 25hrs or so over 7-10 days for a work (non flying type work) trip to the desert in WA, landing at a number of remote strips for survey work.
Does anyone know of a suitable twin engine aircraft at YSBK? I have endorsements on BE76, C310 and PA23.
Seat numbers are unimportant, as there's only me an 1 pax. I'd also consider a descent single provided it was roomy and has good speed.
Thanks in advance...

Does it have to be from Bankstown? Camden has two Seneca's, one at Airborne and the other at Gostner, Curtis has a Twin Commanche and a B58. You can also go to Handel Aviation - Cessna 210 Hire, Sydney Australia for probably the nicest 210 in Australia. There is also a Beechcraft Debonaire through Airborne and as many 182's as you like with and without Glass cockpits at both Airborne and Curtis.

Hmmm, must be one of those new fangled PA28NG models having them two engines and all.....
Sorry, obvious typo. The endorsement in question is for a PA23. Mightn't be able to type it, but on a good day I could probably still fly it.

Vh - Zio C210
I got a few hours in it a few months back which got me a job in NT, it is a lovely machine and nothing like the 210's up here.
"Cloud Basher" Do you know is VH - MLB (Curtis's BE58) is online? I tried booking it for a endo not long ago and they said there were some problems with it stuck in private category on the mr or something similar with the owner not wanting to do maitenance on it or something.
Anyone know of any BE-58's in BK? Tried Schofields too (VH-ICB), their one is no longer online for similar reasons.

I know the owner has it for sale, but I didn't know there were any issues with hiring it. When I asked probably 12 months ago, IIRC, minimums were 100 hours ME twin command time and a checkout with Rob.
Is a very very nicely equipped aircraft though!
Sorry, can always call them!
