Port Moresby/Jackson Airport

Gents

Would anyone happen to have any info on the aircraft that are currently servicing Jackson airport?

I am looking for some info in regards to types of aircraft and frequency of takeoffs and landings.

If anyone has any info and/or even schedules I would be grateful.

I have looked for info on the web but cant seem to find any.

Thanks for all your help.

See http://www.airniugini.com.pg/pxmisc/schdgy1107C.pdf for the current PX timetable/schedule.

The correct title of this thread should be Port Moresby/Jackson Airport/7 Mile

There's a 404 painted a dark dull shade of grey that used to land every morning at 3:30 without making calls, I think from memory it was a ex Aussie plane too, maybe the one the Feds impounded at cooktown,

One thing for sure. These days there would'nt be anywhere near the number of flights that there were back in the 80s and early to mid 90s!

Still remember most fondly the 'Dawn Patrols' twice a week when 'us and them' (Simbu and TNA) used to scramble somewhere near eight or nine a/c off at first light, all planned for Kagi.
