Warning - CASA CoR changes policy
Hi all,
Just a note to all out there that if you are planning or involved in a CoR change then CASA are implementing their threat to cancel registrations if they don't receive the form within 14 days. According to the man on the phone, even if it's 1 hour late then that's an automatic cancellation.
Knowing that I'm not the first to be caught out by this (since new policy on Jan 5), if anyone has successfully had this decision reversed/appealed then please PM me. I can prove that I tried to fax it within 14 days and their machine didn't accept the fax.
Cheers,
UTR.

An hour late from when, exactly? Is there a time printed on the CoR that indicates the exact minute it changed hands, and CASA count 336 hours from then? What about if the postie in Canberra gets a flat tyre and delivers it an hour later than normal?
