that's fine 'torres' you don't need to know the regs too well to hold a CPL There would be a lot of us older ATPL holders that couldn't pass any of the exams never lone one that has questions ref to regs

Well... After going through all the regs's i could not find anything to stop me from flying a 744 with say 390 of my fellow ppruners around Australia on private ops even VFR on a PPL as long as only the selected "6" sharing the cost.
Would anyone care to correct me ?

You would have to stay below Flight level 200. Could be very expensive for the six that were paying, especially if you were shouting the grog as well
