Metro 3/23 flight planning

Hi all,
Is there any rules of thumb out their for flight planning in a metro? Block fuel flows or the like?

It's been a while.....but

BALLPARK GROSS ERROR type calc: metro iii 700pph for the first hour thence 600pph thereafter.

Roughly....

CLIMB:

1500 fpm / 900 pph

Cruise @ FL140:

Metro 3: TAS 240 / 650pph 1st hour then 600pph

Metro 23: TAS 250 / 700pph 1st hour then 650 pph

Add 10pph for every 1000' below FL140, and subtract 10pph for every 1000' above.

The above is a combination of the book and my findings...
