Air National problems again?

Mrs Mattyj was out power striding past the airport yesterday and said she saw a Jetstream stopped in the middle of the runway surrounded with vehicles with flashing lights. Anybody know anything about that, or is that normal proceedure for a Jetstream arrival these days?

Can the BAe146 adage be modified for a Jetstream. 2 engines connected by an electrical fault!

G'day Remoak,

I don't know it's origins, just heard it several times. In my 5 years on type I had a few electrical problems but not too many.
