Would anybody know if in Malaysian FIA or Indonesian FIA ..Do you need a

Question; Under the ICAO guidelines, are not the definitions of 'Danger Areas' the same?

i.e. Danger vs Restricted vs Prohibited.

I don't know the specific Malaysian procedures, however...
