Perth Theory Exam Centre. Where to stay?

Hi, I'll be flying to Perth for my CPL Theory exams in September. Can I get suggestions as to where to stay so that getting to the exam venue is easy and cost effective? (hoping not to rent a car)

Will be staying a week and doing 3 papers.

There's a couple of places along Albany hwy. But not a lot in that area. Try another google search for Canningvale Accommodation mate.
