Pick up the phone and call them.

Honestly, if you haven't got anything intelligent to say to what is a genuine inquiry, then go back to playing with your model aeroplanes or whatever else fills your day and leave the comments to the grown ups. Maybe there's someone out there who works for SAW or is in the know who could post a few details.

Some Basic Info

Company Wide Fleet pay. Paid as Captain or FO, regardless of type flown.

No requirement to pay for endorsement. (Possibly a bond)

No Training Wage, full salary from day 1.

From what I have heard solwata has it right. try googleing them or searching for articles from the solomon's news paper there is a bit of stuff there.

Mate, its a bond for 3 yrs im told, and can confirm fleetpay, 75K base for FO and 130K base for Capt...
