Qantas Link Stage 3 testing & interviews - any pointers?

I've just been invited to participate in the Qantas Link stage 3 testing which includes a Medical, Sim assessment and Interview. Anyone been through it yet, and are there any tips? What sort o questions will the interviewers ask? What's the Sim assessment like? How can I best Prep for this???...and most importantly whats the starting salary for an FO with QLink?
