I am considering rejoining, what I would like to know is what are you guys doing for us plebe's in GA. The award is still in the stone age and NO ONE is paid by it.

It would be interesting to see the difference in pay for GA AME's and LAME's in different parts of OZ. I know around YMMB it's approx 50k for basic ENG or AF (group 1) then a couple bucks extra P/H for each additional group or catagory. How does this fare nationally?
