Name The Operator
I've been looking up alot lately (yes in the middle of the night) and have noticed that on the YSSY-YMML route from about 12AM onwards there are what seems to be turboprop aircraft operating this route in the opposite direction on a regular basis. Can anyone shed some light as to who the operator is and what aircraft they use?
Cheers.

Lasers - turning the tables
I spent several days over the last two weeks flying an aircraft over Rockhampton shining a laser at everything, and everyone, in town... about 150,000 times per second.

Yes we operate around Dalby and Kingaroy regularly, but we aren't the guys you read about in the NOTAMs.
Our laser is a Class 1 (Eye safe) unit and runs out of puff at about 5,000' - the other guys (Fugro I think) have a much stronger beam and operate higher, mapping larger areas.
Brisbane Port and Chinchilla this week - see you there.

The ones i know that operate out of SY-ML that time of the night are PelAir doing the Sydney Morning Herald newspaper run operating a Brazilia or a Metro whenever the Braz is out of action. Other than that there are a couple of Metros flying Australian Air Express freight.
