Black Sheep
With all the threads about 457 visa's, interviews, jobs for the boys etc etc, I wonder how many BLACK SHEEP are there who would love to move back to OZ or NZ BUT cannot get an interview let alone a job. ie. They are over experienced eg. A340 Trg Capt o/seas but cannot get an interview for an A320 Capts posn in OZ. OR God forbid, they have one of those JAA licences and have NEVER flown commercially in NZ ( one must do 1000hrs ME in NZ before we will consider you for an interview etc etc....).
