Cap'n Arrr, Ive always operated turbo engines decreasing 2 inches 2 min before Tod then 2 inches @ Tod and 1 inch every 500ft until 22 inches, that was at CS, but now in the UK I jumped when i was told to just pull the throttles back on the Seneca 2 from 30inches to 20 inches and they dont seem to have many problems, they even did this on their PA31's. So Ive learnt to do what the owner wants, since its his engine.
