Would you recommend your children to learn to fly?

NO..... only if THEY WANT to... My son asked couple of times and I told him he could learn to fly AFTER he got a uni degree of some sort (anyway, he's too smart to be a pilot). Don't want to try to push them into anything. Anyway, he didn't really want to. He's a Doctor now, better than being some mercenary bum pilot like his 'ol man' hahaaha!!!!
Oh, my daughters weren't interested either....
Good luck to anyone who tries it but only it THEY want to. NOT you...

I'm really not qualified to comment as per the precise title of this thread as I have managed successfully over the years to avoid Fatherhood!
Mrs Pinky has made the observation on numerous occasions that '....one Pinky the pilot in this world is more than enough....''
However, the youngest Daughter of an ex Girlfriend of many years ago has expressed an interest in becoming a Pilot, and whilst I have encouraged her I also warned her that it is a long, hard and expensive road and there is no guarantee of making it into the 'big time.'
If she makes up her mind to have a go I certainly would'nt discourage her.
