People may I remind you all that VOZ is only offering individual contract. There will not be any EBA, ECA or unionlised agreement. Hence they can do whatever they want. Regarding pay rise in the horizon I highly doubt it. AFPA is powerless to act on your behalf. When your contract is due for renewal they will stick it to you to either take it or leave it. You will not have any bargaining power what so ever rather what they think is a reasonable pay rise standard CPI 3% adjustment for the whole of contract not 3% increment per year. This is a different ball game to VB as there is an EBA from the start.
The personal who I have spoken to indicated that incentives included bonuses, O/T and allowances.
Can any of those whom have accepted the contract and have started training please enlighten us with the T&C's details.
