what a waste of taxpayers money
The biggest killer in aviation is controlled flight into terrain, mostly from continued flight into bad weather. This goes from private jockeys right through to multi crewed aircraft.
Why not channel money into trying to prevent CFIT happening instead of thinking we are all a bunch of drugged up pissheads, we have been regulated for years by the CAR's as far as alchohol and drugs are concerned...the unfortunate thing is they will throw the cost of drug and alchohol testing back to the operator to "ensure compliance"...this is just another case of our CASA boffins
trying to justify thier own existence. D***heads
