Saab 340's and Pel-Air

Noticed this in the Pel-Air job ad on AFAP

We have a number of opportunities for professional Check & Training Pilots to carry out positions under our CAR 217 on the following aircraft:
METRO, BRASILIA AND SAAB 340
I wasn't aware that Pel-Air actually operated the Saab and there is no mention of it on their website. Does anyone have any info on numbers or where the Saab being used with Pel-Air? Or is it just that Pel-Air is part of the Rex group and this is another way of indirectly recruiting Saab C&T pilots?

I heard that they were offering some good dollars to head up the Saab 340 C&T position. With the competitor still in liquidation, could a few people change camps? Interesting times ahead.

Would have to agree there Dr O with REX being the owners of pel-Air only saying as much a few words before the above statement.

Also noticed on the AFAP website Global Express Capt wanted, Corp, ML based, must be Pratts looking seeing as their also looking for a toy jet driver as well. They will be hard pressed to find such Global jet Capt's wandering about not employed or to drag away someone already employed with those quals. They would need a serious amount of money as an incentive to have no life! Which is what essentially Pratts req of their drivers.
Still never seen so much work mon offer which can only be a great thing

Interesting times if Sharps are offering good money to fly a Metro, then this position would have to be worth some big dollars.

Ramp talk has them doing some serious head hunting some, one of their competitors has a very experienced operator, that will walk if the money is right, might have changed if Toll has control and they are no longer in liquidation.

No use applying for C & T position or Head of training, understand Nigel has the position already!
