Another PA31 Landing gear problem.

Tried to land at Sydney, couldn't get 3 greens, so went back to Bankstown.
Starts with P is offline

If you head a gear problem would not you be better of at Sydney where they have better fire/rescue facilities.

PA31 gear

PA31 gear is well proven and reliable. More reliable than people. But it must be maintained properly, and maintenance in Australia is poor.
Gear failures are human failings either by the pilot or the maintenance organisation.
