Smile The Hiring of Non Australians

Ok so can anyone tell me the latest possible info? I know it was written some time ago about the government possibly changing the rules to accommodate the growth of the airlines. I am interested but without right to live and work it seems hopeless. I figure the situation is getting a bit dire with most if not all of the airlines hiring. Seems there would be work for everyone and those that don't want it can work anywhere as everyone in the world is hiring. I would be interested in Skywest and National Jet, AirNorth, OzJet, AirlinePNG/Skylink to name but few. Can anyone possibly enlighten me? Thank you.

Your weird.
Out of all the airlines in Australia, you were able to pick the worst.

In very simple terms the immigration rule is that when a company, who must have advertised widely, are unable to fill a job with a suitably qualified Australian they can then look to a foreigner who will have to be able to fulfil all the licence, medical and immigration criterion. Looking amongst the worst airlines, (if they really are), may not be such a bad idea just to get an entry.

Repro the profile for Saturn shows an age of 47 years. Without knowing his/her qualifications etc he/she may be totally realistic in applying to the airlines he/she mentioned.

Smile Hmmm

I have over 9000 hours with various type ratings. I miss the regional type flying. I loved Oz when I was there. Some may think those airlines I mentioned aern't good but I have never heard bad things. Educate me please. If there is any new info, please post or IM me. Thanks.
