Northam Collision?
Was it VH-TLL (Aerostar 601P?) versus VH-CEG? (a Cessna 182?)
Only caught a fleeting glimpse of the rego's on the SBS news coverage this evening.
I think I caught that the twin lost it on the landing roll-out and reamed the singledy.

I reckon Roger would have made an offer before the dust settled.
So Simmo's old aerostar was good for something finally. a brake for a 182. it was os far behind on the AD's that it would never have flown again... or was it the other one that haunts the same airfield?.

wow that looks messy, but seeing as I am looking for a C172 or PA28 that might work with some panel beating !, one wonders how one can secure such a slightly scratched plane cheaply? Idea's?

hey 'YPJT' i'm currently running a thread with almost those exact words "Cessna Vs Piper" although not quite the same but the C172 part is!
Nasty nose there, much drag I'd say.
I think I recall many years ago (late 70's) TLL being owned by a doctor at YMEN, just the rego looks famil, anyone know of it's history since new?

I think CFG is cursed. I was a passenger on a return flight from Avalon in March 2003 and we struck an eagle just south of York. Damaged the cowling and left leading edge. Managed to land safely but I might suggest staying away from that one.
I think that mite have been MLL,the initials of the doc that owned it.

Poor old TLL. I went for a ride to Brisbane as a Pax in her many years ago, when Jetcraft had it here as an unpressurized freighter for a couple of weeks when one of the barons was U/S. The thing I remembered the most was how it used up ALL the runway at YTWB enroute to YBBN
Didn't TLL spend some time in PNG long before Jcraft.
