I would suggest using the search function to find dozens of threads on this topic.
I would also suggest looking elsewhere - if you want to train at Bankstown have a look at SFTC. Their international students seem much more content than those at Basair. But don't limit yourself to Sydney, there are schools all over the country that cater for international students.

Tahir,
As Capt Mo, stated, do not limit yourself to Sydney, Jandakot Airport, Perth has a great number of flying schools that cater nicely for individuals such as yourself.
If i was to be spending money on flight training, Air Australia would be my choice, no i do not work for them, but i did obtain my Private Pilots Licence there, atleast for the inital to PPL/CPL.
For Instrument Rating i would head over to Johnson Aviation / Coastal Jet at Port Maquarie ( half way between Brisbane and Sydney, a number of airline fly into and out of that area ), I do not work for them either, but did my rating there in 1996.

if you are interested only in syd then i would recommend sftc over basair and aerospace. i studied at sydney flight and was overall very happy with them. be patient with your course and work your ass off. its GA, so there will always be ups and downs. aircraft going broke etc... but the school does work hard to keep a large fleet and keep it well maintained. if you have problems then there is always someone you can talk to. a lot depends on your own attitude as well.
i know of people who also went to coast jet and were very happy there. dont know about their ppl/cpl program, but their me-ir is top notch from everything ive heard. only problem is i think they are overbooked... check with them though. and email never hurts.
in terms of training price i think sydney is the cheapest option. basair, sftc and aero all have more competitive deals than other places around oz. just be ready to stick around for a year to finish a cpl and me-ir, despite what is advertised.

Hit up johnstons in port macquarie, great blokes, good training, good lanes. (might be called coastjet now) agree with all previous posts, stay away from most bankstown training schools, sftc maybe, whitworth aviation and schofields flying club would be the only reasonable options in BK

Mate, I think Basair would be perfect for you. They are a large school and already have a huge influx of pilots from India/Pakistan etc..
Mail-man you forgot one school, Clambacks
