Designated Remote Areas
Can someone point me in the right direction? I'm trying to find the section dealing with designated remote areas - I thought it was in the AIP, but I'm having no luck.
I'll get me coat......

Thanks all.
In other news - that is one cr%ppy map. Looks like a fax of a photocopy of a fingerpainting done by a chimp. Took me a while to work out what the hell MFBOLANE, BERRICALF and DELLCATE were. I'm still not sure about THIARA and A_9UWY.

Mate, you should see some of the graphs in the ATPL Boeing 727 Performance and Operating Handbook! How can they expect us to read all that garbage printing under exam conditions? Unbelievable!

"TW" are they still using that old B727 abridged performance book for the ATPL exams?.........I used to know it inside out, couldn't even tell you the MTOW now. 87 tonnes or so? My copy of that book was a worn out worn out worn out someone elses ! Still I passed & haven't flown a B727 since, unlikely ever to do so!
