Julia Gillard talks to Aviation Unions
I heard Julia Gillard got hold of the Hostees at BNE airport questioning the status of their casual employment and her concern of it! She also wants to talk to the Engineers at the ACTU Leadership Forum!

I believe that last night the Snr Execs of the ALAEA were spotted talking to both Gillard and Rudd at the Union Leaders Forum in Canberra and the topic was industrial relations and how to deal with a recalcitrant airline. Pollies were very supportive I believe.

.........I hear there's a certain woman mentioned within now with power (God 'elp us!) that's somewhat related to aviation.............apparently although I have only heard it 100000000th hand ..........she's "Baron" !
Could be interesting seeing as she's already 'endorsed' on something !

That was a stretched pun if ever I heard one. You must be a father (coming from one dad with a very bad case of daddy humour).
I really do have high hopes for the new govt and the current situation faced by pilots. Air operators have been fleecing cheap Aus pilot labour for far too long; make the bastards pay.

Am hoping like hell that this woman can make a difference, obviously not to the world population but in other area's where she's not been denuded & deprived of her natural birth right, to make it work, for the boys !!!

........okay "OS" yr correct there, just about every living human being that's classified as male had, has & will always have a "Mrs Palmer" as a G/F but ya gotta 'hand' it to her, her 5 daughters all make for some great times when the lights are out !!
