RNP procedures

Looking for any info on RNP SAAAR procedures with QF or NZ : is there a "crew reporting system" specific for RNP ? as pilot reports need to be listed for Civil AViation, according to AC 90-101.
Thanks.

RNP reporting

For the B733;
Yes each RNP SAAAR approach is reported via Pilot in Command by a faxed or mailed form and sent to the company to be colated for the CAA also each RNP SAAAR approach is recorded via the Quick Access Recorder and mated to the pilot report form.

For the A320;
Very similar however they are still in the capability demonstration phase and are still not approved to RNP 0.3 approach minima.
