I met a great boss of a aero engine business out of Archerfield who came to Redcliffe Aero Club for their Xmas party a few weeks ago, he told them that they would get to go flying, everyone thought C172, C150, Partenavia? what he did'nt tell them was that he had organised for 2 yaks for aerobatic flights out over moreton bay, those pilots flew from 1200 to 1700 non stop (apart from fuel) our little engineering facility at hangar 3, Brisbane Airport gets a couple of chooks and some warm cold meats...........
If only it was true.

I got told "we're quiet for the next while, so take some time off on full pay until we call you" (it isn't annual leave because I've used all of that up). "Oh and by the way, here's a bottle of your favourite scotch"

Boss and I ate and drank through $120 on the last overnight of the year and he dropped round on the first day of the holidays to deliver a $50 bottle of red and a nice little pressie for Mrs Leafblower.
