Aircraft Financing - Financial Institutions

Does anyone know what financial institutions deal with aircraft financing. Eg Com Bank, NAB, HSBC etc.

My company is considering a fleet re placement and hence I;m looking at what options for financing a fleet from Piper.

Does Piper have any affiliated financial organisations in Oz.

Can new aircraft be aquired on a lease basis like new cars.

As Dr O suggested, have a squizz in the Aviation trader. Give Stewart Smith of Australian Commercial Credit a call, he is most knowledgable and will see you right.

Capital Finance are a division of BankWest and they are VERY keen to lend for aircraft, upto 100% of the price in some cases.

They are also keen to assist with the ferrying of the aircraft in some circumstances.

PM me if you need the details..... I know the state manager relatively well, and would be happy to make an introduction.
