Howard like I mentioned in my last post both EN & SYD are commercial contracts & therefore there is little in the way of fexibility re wages for us. I couldn't agree with you more, they ought to pay more.One of the few things that is negotiable in any contract is the human element of a contract & by that I mean wages. Maint costs, fuel & equip purchasing/replacement seem always to go up in cost & there's little a consmuer IE: the Co. can do about that.
Wages on the other hand is the one thing that the RFDS(or any operator for that matter) can or should I say have the ability to keep down to a minimum.

And yes it works both ways.
