Pilot Shortage - Fact or Fiction
Saw this on another area on pprune. So what do you think, here in OZ is it fact or fiction.
The airlines don't seem to be putting out to many adverts begging for CPL's to apply.
So is the shortage, if there is one, only of experience crew.

I swear this has been done to death about 10 times in the last 6 months. Maybe you should try using the 'Search' function to look this up.
