They aren't too bad at 10K, mind you, the temperatures down here are closer to ISA, if not below that. It always helps a lot.

My personal record for a GA8 is 14,700' but was kinda helped there by mountain wave, and I did have a full load too. I wasn' there for long, as the wave bought me back to 10,500' shortly after.
