... I've spent some time around these parts recently (as most of you already know . Thought I'd release some photos and maybe get a few Aussie expats stories on flying around the Solomons. ?

The islands are stunning... Good fishing, good scuba diving, relatively cheap living.. and Honiara has a good and active nightlife..!

Would agree with most of what you said. Great flying and lifestyle, however not so cheap living unless you have a vegie garden in your back yard, you dont use the phone and you walk everywhere.
I would guess the First pic is approaching Henderson from the West, Second Nusa Tupea and Lastly Morovo Lagoon.

Second one might be Gizo? Was there a couple of weeks ago - looks about right.

Nusa Tupea is the Island which you is shown on picture 2. It used to have a sign on the terminal, if you would call it that. Gizo is the town 5 minutes boat ride away.
