Aussie made sunshields?
A query to the collective aviation mind...
I'm trying to source full cockpit/cabin sunshield sets to suit PA31-350's, but so fare have only been able to find three manufacturers in The States.
However, before I order in from OS, does anyone know of an Aussie manufacturer, or have any feedback on there experiences with different brands/materials...?
Cheers all, JP

If your talking about those silver ones with the blue around the edge, I'm absolutely positive there is an aussie company that makes them, but I can't remember their name for the life of me. I'm fairly certain that they're custom built for your aircraft, so if they have a website they may not advertise they do PA31, but they will advertise custom fitting, which could be done for you.
Sorry I can't remember the name, arrr damn mental blocks

Update: found this on AvTrader, looks to be US made but sold in Aus.

I found that the Pilots Shop at YPFL used to sell sunshield in bulk off a large roll (about 5' wide) but am not aware if they still do.
It is apparently the same stuff as the commercially available custom made items. Just buy a few metres of the stuff and cut them to shape yourself. I made a set for my car a few years ago and had them trimmed with the same cloth edging by an upholsterer.
