Eastern schedule/QOL

Much has been said about people not happy at Qlink. Wondering if someone could share current rosters. i.e overnights and days off. What's the proposed EBA like as far as any increase in cash or QOL?

Any opinions? I know everyone is jumping for greener pastures but we all can't get a jet job yet.

My roster for the month:
Duty: 122
Flight: 67
Reserves (high chance of call out due to staff shortages): 4
Overnights: 5
Days Off: 8

The days off include 1 weekend.
Day shifts are generally min 7.5 hours up to 9.5 hours.
Overnights can be up to 9.5 hours followed by minimum rest and then approx 5.5 hours on day 2.
Earliest start: 0530
Latest finish: 2150

Average fortnightly take home: $1850 (year 4 fo). If you don't do any overnights it can drop to about $1700ish.

The new EBA offers (as usual) no REAL payrise, simply keeps us in line with inflation in return for (as usual) productivity offsets.
