Is it quiet down there and I can’t understand why, because McWilliam gave evidence under oath at Geelong Magistrates Court 9/10/2007 that he had carried out between 150 and 200 take offs and landings at Barwon heads airport this year.
Strange he said that as no one else is aware of these happening. (Maybe pork pies)

I have been around this area a bit and sure have not seen a jump plane or any other type being operated by the said McWilliam clan and am sure little no no no BIG Porky Pies are being told (is this looked on by the courts as porkys or worse)

Interesting.
I wonder.
Even IF permission is given for skydive ops to restart in the area, isn't Barwon Heads a private strip, with permission to land required before landing there? At least that's what it says in the ERSA.
Would be interesting to see what happens when trying to land (or take off from for that matter), at an airport where permission has not been granted eh?
"Um, I got this buisness, and I'm allowed to chuck bods out of the plane in this area!"
"Yeah, that's great mate, just don't do it from our strip!"
That East/West runway has been out of service for a long while now. Can't see how it's really servicable anymore. Might be an idea if the Barwon Heads guys close it at their end, just to be safe. You know the drill. Mow some big X's in it and maybe park a trailer or something on it, just because they can.
More than one way to skin a cat as they say.

The lifting of the ban on a pilot allowing jumpers to exit an aircraft within 3nm of BRS is in the hands of the AAT.
Therefore if jumping is to resume at BRS it will be an AAT determination.
Are you suggesting there has been a leak at the AAT?

Well Well Well all have gone silent, wonder why, could it be that all are aware that if there has been a spill from the AAT there will be an investigation.

One could be led to believe that the anonymity on this site has been compromised by Luke McSkydive and his mouth pieces attempting to gain access to the identity of persons posting messages on this site for their benefit in litigation aspirations.
To have McSkydive and mateland this site in such a litigious situation must put all on notice BEWARE what you WRITE the VULTURE’S are hovering.

r sole you are almost right. All reports indicate very quiet at bhap, but not quite, mc william took off some weeks ago after running a vehicle over an elderly aero club member in an area in which mc william was banned access.
mc william left town immediately after and I am advised the local members are awaiting his return to lay charges.
