I would guess that because of the location and the fact that they operate a Beaver a lot would depend on what you have to offer, probably not much chance of employment with 200hrs and a Float endorsement (unless you want to catch and dispatch and clean aircraft) but hey don't listen to my ill informed opinion. Here's an idea...track down their contact details via the net and give them a call or send them an e-mail....

Ring and talk to Chief pilot, good bloke, he will let you know.
Now have 2 beavers but seem to have quiet a few pilots.
