Blue Water Aviation Townsville

Anyone know what Blue Water Aviation (kimair group) are like to work/conditions!

Are they good people to work for and what is their flight training like? Can you expect much charter work if you have a CPL with an instructor rating from them? Any information good or bad will be most helpfull

They operate a range of aircraft - Tiger Moth, C152, C172, C172RG, C206, C210, Islander, Chieftain.

Seem to have a bit of work on - Palm Is and mining support.

Only training organisation on the aerodrome (I think).

I have no idea what they are like to work for.
