ATPL time frame

Hi guys,
Sorry if this has been discussed earlier but I'm just wondering if there is a time frame in which I need to accumulate the correct flying hours for the issue of an Australian ATPL after the completion of the exams. I'm in Africa at the moment holding a frozen ATPL and I'm not sure how long I have. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

ATPL

Once you have a Frozen ATPL it is valid forever until you gain the required flight hours to apply for the actual ATPL licence. Personally I would not delay filling out the the paper work once you have the required hours because you never know what CASA does. They are constantly changing their rules so they may in the future put a time frame on it to make things difficult for pilots. For the time being all is good
