I self medicate with 1 litre of H2O prior to retiring (or collapsing) for the night - and a big dose of Berocca, Panadol and strong coffee on arising from the dead next morning.

Oh No.. Mrs Beach King and the Beachlets (Sundowners?) want to go now as she has just worked out that it's a long weekend and the kids won't be late back for school. So you blokes can have all the backpackers as Mrs King has a very forky tongue and a hell of a left hook!
Won't be staying at the Albert Park though, they have rooms left, but you have to either pay or stay for 3 nights. So we'll camp at a mates place instead. So you there on Sunday
