A mate of mine got a call from FTA today, they seem to be after a few instructors. What are they like to work for? Anyone able to share any info?

Just No, For Standardisation Training! No wonder they advertise every 2nd week in the Aust.
Just say no
If they want you bad enough, they will pay, then watch the 'standardisation training' aka 'money making exercise' get a whole lot shorter.

Last Friday FTA were offering Instructor Scholarships in return for what I assume to be a 'return of service' period.
Looks to be a great opportunity for a new CPL thats prepared to work hard.
