Bit of dirt.

Surrounded by water.

Mostly covered in trees.

and sandflies - LOTS of sandflies!

Looks like this:

I'd call that a good start!
200 ME BE58/c310/PA31
150 IFR
With those hours, I'd have thought Aerotropics would have snapped you up. That would be my recommendation.
No idea what the pay and conditions are like now, but I enjoyed working for Aerotropics for almost 3 years.
Good luck.

With that much multi engine, I'd be knocking on SkyTrans door. They're the ones you want (pay and conditions)

Actually that is quite correct.

Somewhere on one of these threads is the reduced minimums for Qantaslink, and I think you will find that more will follow.

How times have changed.

What level do typical Horn Is. type operators have to drop thier requirements to to attract new hires?

Award

Do all the operators pay the award on Horn? I heard Aero Tropics pay the award after all training is complete. Does that mean if your cleared on the Islander you dont get the award till your also cleared on the caraven? Or do you get paid the award for multi engine IFR RPT ops and then get paid the Turbine award once cleared on the Caravan?
