NAIPs Flight Plan question
Do we have to enter EET for each reporting point when we submit a flight pan over NAIP's ?
Naip instructions say "Enter compulsory reporting points and accumulated elapsed times to these points."
However I have read in the Jepps that you only enter EET for a point for when we you cross an INTL FIR boundary.

No. You need an ETD and a Total EET from takeoff to landing only.
If when you take off you are identified on radar - the ATC software will give them an ETD for your next reporting point.
If you are not on radar then you will give an ETD for your next position report as part of your departure call.

In the old days you had to put in the EET at each reporting point. That requirement was removed some time ago.
I'd say the NAIPS help files haven't been updated. Where exactly was the note about the EETs?

The note is both under :
- NAIPS help section Version 3.4.0
- NAIPs user manual Version 3.4.0 November 2006
No more Bagot locator ?
That was ideal place to drop off passengers (literally), the Bagot Locator holding pattern above the Bagot community.
