Metro grounded
A metro appears to be unairworthy. For over two weeks it has sat at Taree airport with a major defect. The bent propeller blades on one of its engines indicate heavy contact with a foreign object. Anyone able to shed some light on the occurrence.

Transair - Big Sky Express
Yes - mmm! A very interesting scenario or so the rumors go. VH TGQ Big Sky Express's (Transair) metro 3 H - pilot says he hit a roo on landing ?? Ac ouple of weeks after the AOC was pulled. Speculation is also rife that it was riven into a GPU that is was assigned to pick up ???
I can imagine the interest in this case - no AOC to cover the aircraft? Probably no specific CASA approval to operate the aircraft outside of the maintenance system under the AOC'less operation.
Was it reported to the ATSB? What about CASA? What about the pilot - is he absolved from the 'private' flight. mmmm - the plot continues with TA and BSE even after all the drama's of early December.
