Airservices invoice!
Today discovered that Airservices have seemingly tried to sneak in a 100% increase in TNC; as of 3 Nov, according to my invoice, if an aircraft has done circuits then landed at a GAAP this is now charged 2 x TNC instead of one. An overshoot at Perth has doubled from $21 to $42 overnight also.
I understand from the Standard Contract Terms dated July 2006 that the next increase was due in July 2007, and then of 10%, not this 100%; and that for circuits and a landing they are only allowed to charge one TNC, and only two if you have done a practice instrument approach first. (At Jandakot??!)
Perhaps someone could let me know if I have missed some corespondence which relates to this? Airservices just said "we'll have to check the flight strips and get back to you"
