Polar Winning?

I was just looking through the CASA listing of AOC's in WA and noticed that Polar Aviation has recently been issued a new AOC, in the past I've noticed some unusual conditions on their AOC which were quite unique. Have heard that these conditions were a result of polar being in conflict with CASA but it would seem that their new AOC is a standard document.

Does anyone know anything that would shed some light on the subject?

That looks fairly standard for a small charter/flying school AOC to me. What are the special conditions that concerned you ?

The only condition on the AOC is that Clarkie replace his Lambo with a less interesting blue Ferrari.
COME ON CLARKIE - YOU HAVE CHANGED MAN!!!!!!!!!! Don't let them win, buy the new Lambo Murchalago.
