Unfortunately the aviation attitude has an attitude like no other. We fight to get to the one job available and sometimes dont care who we step on to get to it.

When we all started we were told several things to remember.
1. Never do unsafe work
2. If not sure, ASK questions
3. Never Never screw anyone in this industry over or talk bad about anyone.
(You never know who they will end up)

The student you milked or the FO you gave a hard time to can very easily one day become your captain or chief pilot. You dont know who they know.

As for the unions, in certain places, especially those hiring expats, unions "should" help protect jobs and salaries. The point of union was unity of workers. Too bad we dont see much of that today, and as a result we see declining working conditions and pay.
When a union decides to strike, all employees should strike because they are not only striking for their own benefit but for those lower on the list who have a little voice.

Oh will things ever change?

Put the finger back!

Well, Stinkfinger.
With regards to Danny, if he decides to add more he can, it would be inappropriate to add personal content to this post ( read "confidential" ), it saddens me to see him not being supported to the full extent of possibility.
This topic was not started to air specifics about grievances ( hang out dirty laundry ).
Do we need to have a good look at ourselves, yes.
It appears that you have once again fallen victim to possibly your own 'webb of intrigue!

CC, webb of intrigue ?, what are you talking about ? ( then of course if you know who is being spoken of, you'll know why, otherwise, good try on a wind up ).

Have it from a reliable source that Danny Deck Chair was sacked by his employer, on claims that he was never able to respond to in any detail or defend, wow thats shady.

LC, i sure hope you guys are in his corner on this one.

CC, if you think this forum is truely annonymous, you are mistaken, "I'm a real boy !!".
