anything related to interview questions or perhaps general info about the company. I have done a search through both prune and google however info is fairly limited. Their website also appears not to be working properly.

Dunno what they up to these days but the old Westwinds still plugging away.
Quite possibly have been the biggest suppliers of pilots bums on airliner seats than any other small operator in OZ

" Wally" still the CP?

I used to fly for Pel-Air many, many moons ago...... have no idea what they are up to now (heard Rex bought half of the company), But just to add to what tinpis said..... seems like every second person i run into up here in Hong Kong worked for them at some time over the last 30 years they have been around.

They always FISH for pilots by placing advertisements every now and then..

Basically,

They are always recruiting as people are always moving on..
No real interview process.. If you have TITS and blonde hair with a nice smile it seems to get you a job these days.

I use to work along side Pelair on the metro runs from tvl to bne, always a good bunch of blokes & gals to chat to and have a beer. Job wise they are always looking for new people but you must fit the profile. Had a friend just recently with a heap of experience get kicked out because he didnt fit the mould.
