Regional Pacific/Aviation

Gday folks,

Dunno weather this is in the right section....but does anyone know what the progression is like from FO to command with Regional Pacific up in the Torres Straits. What kind of minimums do they look for etc?

All opinions welcome!

They'd probably have more of an idea than most, why not give Rowan a call in Cairns?.
