New NVFR for Darwin Airport

how exciting i've just found out it is now legal to fly your passengers into darwin with no aircraft lighting, well after last light what a cool new rule. Oops i forgot to mention you are allowed to do it knowingly in a single engine on charter?

mind you the aircraft in question should bairly be allowed to fly at all let alone at night

Oh yes please!

Yair...give us the goss!

After all, even for those who can read between the lines, just saying this:

the aircraft in question should bairly be allowed to fly at all let alone at night
doesn't really narrow it down!

Just kidding.
