Post ATSB update on McArthur River Mine accident

Got into the car and caught the last half of an article on an ATSB update on the accident in Jan.

http://www.atsb.gov.au/publications/...200600256.aspx

This is the link for the ATSB Preliminary Accident Investigation Report. The new stuff is mostly under the factual information tab.

Also noted in the ABC News and the Australian

Missing you mate.

Scott

Lets hope they find out what happened... as a low-time Pilot still in the very early days, nothing makes my blood run cold more than this accident. How can an 'apparent' serviceable aircraft just go down like that?

I have a couple of contacts with HA and spent some time up there, and Dale, I didn't know you, but you sounded like a bloody top Pilot mate RIP
