Snr Grade 3 seeking NAV time & Multi.

A friend of mine who is a Senior Grade3 is looking for a position where he can get the Nav time to get a Grade2. He eventually wants to undertake IFR Twin Trg. He also has a MECIR. Any suggestions regarding opportunities would be appreciated.
